Acting Out Feelings

Your feelings are not the issue.
The actions caused by your feelings are the issue .

You can be sad.
You can be angry!
Just be careful not to lash out, have an attitude or speak in a disrespectful tone.

You can be irritated .
You can be frustrated !
Just mind your temper.

Remain calm, gentle and self controlled even if it means walking away to do breathing exercises.

Talk it out by yourself.
Walk it out.
Write it out even.
Most of all tell YAH(GOD) how you feel and ask for peace, strength, understanding and comfort.

I’m saying this because most people genuinely don’t care how you feel. Well, they may actually care but there is nothing they can do about it. They simply cannot take away your feelings. After all they are honestly trying to get through their own feelings as well.

Just take some time to cool down and take accountability for yourself.

This is something I have been having to learn and most importantly putting into practice.
